In search of sustainability!
This year our mission is to sensitize our guests by making them aware of the fact that they are staying at an ECO-sustainable facility, and to induce them to respect the environment with small but important steps.
For several years now, the attention to the environment has led us to eliminate all or almost plastic material, to serve only and exclusively products of the territory and try to have thrift in water consumption and electricity thanks to innovative forms.
In the summer of 2022 we managed to reduce the consumption of plastic, but this year we set ourselves the goal of raising the bar by completely eliminating plastic containers for drinking water and ensuring a separate disposal service for all waste.
As for the elimination of plastic containers, our contribution will be to give our guests find water in glass bottles at km 0 and free during to stay.
