The idea of creating a B&B that fits the needs of all travellers was born from the son of Lucio and Giuliana, a traveler for work, passion and vocation.
The B&B “A casa di Lucio is Giuliana” is located in a particularly quiet area of Pineto, a small but characteristic town on the Adriatic coast just a few steps away from the beach and close to a beautiful park. A true green oasis that makes the landscape of this Adriatic town, together with the extensive coastal pine wood, so unique.
The town Pineto, built in the first half of the last century, has always been hosting travellers intent on loving its beautiful beaches of fine sand, the shady and long pine forests, and the rounded and harmonious hills.
Pineto is also located in the heart of the Marine Protected Area ‘Torre del Cerrano’, the first Marine Park of the Region of Abruzzo.
The B&B offers its guests 4 personalized rooms, all equipped with every comfort and the ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday thanks to the careful study of the interior and the use of refined furnishings which create a unique and welcoming atmosphere.
We are pleased to welcome you to our breakfast area every morning for a home made breakfast with all fresh and local products.
Here, you’ll also find a small library where it is possible to borrow all the books you like during your stay.
As our guests, you have the possibility to use one of our bicycles for a pleasant ride along the wonderful pine forest or to explore a part of the Adriatic Cycle Route which is undoubtedly very impressive, as it runs along a beautiful stretch of the Adriatic beach.
The size of the B&B and the particular location of the rooms favour a lot of privacy and tranquillity for our guests.
