Our Services

We believe that breakfast is a very important part of our B&B. In fact, the order in which the two words are listed is purely chronological, it isn't an order of importance. For us, both aspects are equally valuable and we especially love to take care of breakfast which is served every morning from 7.45 to 9.15 am. For those who love an Italian breakfast we offer freshly baked croissants every morning with milk, coffee, tea or espresso. Furthermore, you’ll find a breakfast buffet with butter, marmalades, fruit juices, nutella, muesli, yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit and much more.In particularly we love to offer all local and home made products.

The rooms are cleaned and the towels changed every two days, linen change is done once a week from 9.30 to 11.00 am. In case you have any other requests, don't hesitate to inform.

We offer our guests the possibility to use one of the available bicycles to enjoy a ride along the characteristic pine forest or on the beautiful Adriatic Cycle Route that runs alongside a large part of the Adriatic coast. We kindly ask you to use the bicycles in a responsible way, in order to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy them.

A free Wi-Fi connection is available in all the common and not common areas of the B&B.

The living room, breakfast room and garden are common spaces that are always at disposal for our guests. In the living room we have many books to borrow whenever you feel like reading. The kitchen is not available for our guests.

We are available to meet any extra service required. The pick-up service from the train station of Pineto is free of charge.
